Review on Renewed Apple iPhone SE (2nd Gen), US Version, 64GB Red for AT&T by Travis Coffman

I wanted to do the right thing and help the planet by buying a refurbished phone. I was really hoping for the best. The phone first came in a padded envelope with a thin cardboard box (crumpled, not the hard protective box the original phone came in) as well as a micro-thin layer of plastic molded to fit a much larger phone. This style speaks for itself, but wait - there was a big scratch on the screen; Gee how did that happen? Well I was lucky there was a scratch on the screen to see anything as the display didn't work at all - no there is no display. The audio worked as the phone kept talking to me in Spanish. I doubted UPS would accept the return since the phone spoke every time it was moved, but luckily they did. I will refund the seller what I paid for it but there is no excuse for such nonsense with a faulty device with poor packaging. Save money and buy a new one.
