Review on Coal Software & Systems by Seth Damain

Coal software is very user friendly, easy for new users as well experienced ones. It was difficult at first trying it with not much understanding of how it operated. We have had little issues and most were solved within minutes by excellent customer service. The only thing I do wish they would add more advanced features such as different equipment and machinery options for both mine owners and their employees. It has made managing all aspects of my coal mines easier than ever before. The ability for easy access of information from different locations throughout our operation in one place helps us keep track with all aspects as well has other departments within my organization (i.e., payroll). It also allows me quick contact info when needed between employees at remote sites or even over email if required! I dislike how sometimes it can be slow loading pages but overall very user friendly software system especially compared against MS Office programs used by many mines today!!
