It looks and feels like Genghis Khan used it against his enemies. It is well made and very thick, a little too thick. The spiral bristles are too stiff and will not flex to get between the cooking grates unless they are positioned exactly to fit the brush. You have to press really hard to get an effect, which negates the value of a long handle keeping you away from the flames. I love that it has spiral bristles that might not fall into your food or onto the floor to be stepped on (actually it did). I'm still keeping it and trying to get it working, but I won't be buying it again.
