These holders work but have two main problems.1 . The plastic frames are curved so parallel mounting is a big PITA (Pain In The A$$)2. The screws that come with the holder are too small for almost every application I use them in. Since you need to bend the uprights parallel, a larger screw works better. Otherwise they are as advertised. You can hold a phone or tablet in it, but bulky items like water bottles and items this size are likely to break the plastic or rip out small screws. The elastic band at the top will stretch and time will tell how long it lasts and what good rubber is used, but the mesh does not stretch.
