DOES NOT WORK / RADIATION / NOISE HURT EARS / HORRIBLE

This was the most useless product I have ever bought. It only works when plugged into an outlet, but if plugged in outside and it's raining, there may be electrical issues. If you plug it into an outlet anywhere in the house, you can hear a horrific, piercing screech from over 10 feet away, even on the lowest settings. I tried installing this in my attic and it could be heard from the bedrooms too and it gave me migraines. .The worst part was when I tried to return it I had no choice! DO NOT BUY.
