Review on Rawlings by Michael Straughter

I was eager to purchase at Rawlings' online store because I like their reputation for making top-notch athletic equipment. My experience, however, was far from ideal. First of all, the website had a confusing layout that made it challenging for me to locate what I was looking for. The search feature was unreliable and frequently returned results that were not pertinent. When I did locate the items I wanted to buy, I was dismayed to learn that they were significantly more expensive than similar items on other websites. I anticipated paying more for Rawlings' superior quality, but the costs were just too high. The checkout procedure was a disaster, which only made things worse. I had to start over from scratch each time the website failed because it happened several times. After I eventually succeeded in finishing my purchase, I got an email informing me that my order had been canceled because of a mistake on their end. Overall, my online purchasing experience with Rawlings was disappointing and frustrating. I anticipated more from a business that has a lengthy history of creating premium athletic apparel. I don't anticipate visiting their website again anytime soon.
