Cheap, inefficient and unreliable. The pen inside was bent before it was even used. To charge Rand McNally's GPS, you need to attach something to the cable to keep it plugged in at an angle. The only reason I can't return and get my money back is because I bought it for someone who works as a truck driver and they have no way of returning it to me. So they are happy with what they currently have because they need it to function and they cannot work/drive without a working GPS. So they managed to charge this broken piece of junk until I find a replacement for it.
