Increases revenue and keeps employees satisfied

I like that it is very easy for customers to navigate as well as use. It also allows me to see where my customer base is located in different areas of our country, so we can focus more time on specific regions. Sometimes the chat window takes too long to load up when there are many people online or chatting. We do not have an app yet but they said it would be coming soon. Try using this software if you haven't already! You will love that it helps increase sales while keeping customers happy. This has helped us keep our customer service team busy all day instead of calling them after hours which saves a lot of resources.

  • The ease at navigating your way through things such as ordering new parts with no hassle from staff members who help order/recommend products; having great support by techs whenever needed without much effort made working easier just go straight onto their page (support) & click what needs fixed then upload proof of purchase photo etc.etc..very nice!! :) Easy navigation throughout each stage within product
