I would not use them for running although they are quite comfortable but they are very low which I like very much! I walk (nurse) all day and it is surprisingly very comfortable! You are also very attractive. i love colors I'm 8.5 and it true to size. Love it. You are exactly what I was looking for. The best part is that you get it at a reasonable price.
