The wooden handles of the knives are treated with some kind of toxic chemical.
The wooden handles of the two torches included in this kit have been treated with some type of toxic chemical. I don't know what the chemical is but I suspect it is formaldehyde as they are from China and have been known to treat wood with various toxic chemical preservatives. The wooden handles on the cutters are also very fragile and unstable, and the slats in the box are too big to cut the soap properly.
