Drying container bought to grind wheat, spelt, rye etc. into flour. I also have a Mockmill 100 and a very old kitchen grinder (now Blendtec, looks the same). I've found Vitamix Dry Bin Flour to pair with Mockmill Flour at its best setting. You get a coarser grind, not like coffee, much finer, but definitely not like the flour you buy at the grocery store (like King Arthur or Bob's Red Mill or other brands) which has white or wheat flour in it. I'm considering a Vitamix drying jar, and the Mockmill can't compete with the Kitchen Mill when it comes to fine ground flour (like you get from King Arthur flour). Is flour from a dry container practical? Definitely yes. Bottom Line: The bread I've made with dry container flour is very, very good. I highly recommend.
