Rev.7/6/19. After the support team contacted me about my issue, Sarah was very nice and sympathetic to my issue. She took great care of me and even sent me a pair of replacement lenses. While not as dark as I personally would have liked, they were much better than the first pair I bought. First class customer service. Almost completely transparent lenses, if the description and the picture show a mirror surface. They didn't fit my Oakley Flak Jacket body armor frame as advertised, they barely moved the sunglasses and the lenses popped right out. Tried to contact seller, got disconnected email. Very disappointed with the quality, customer service and overall experience.
