The platform has been very helpful for our organization as it allows us access not only from home but also while traveling or during meetings/events where there are no internet connections available outside of work hours (iPad app).

It's easy enough even when you're new at using this software; however I do wish they had more courses offered - perhaps upscaling their number? This tool gives me peace-of mind knowing my employees can continue working remotely if needed without having any issues accessing files etc., which helps them feel comfortable doing so!
