Taylor's very affordable digital thermometer. I bought it when my dear Taylor needed a battery and I couldn't open the case. While the sensor could potentially break if mishandled, careful opening and closing solves this problem. It's accurate, easy to use and now that I have a new battery in my old Taylor I've found I need this lighter version for everyday cooking. Definitely recommend!
