I'm 6' with about a 48" chest and I can sleep in this bag with the zipper all the way up and still be able to roll over in the night. Normal bags are like sleeping in a straight jacket, if I can zip them up with my arms in the bag at all.This is a very light weight sleeping bag that I would not recommend for temps much below 45F. It packs really small and is very light but it will only work in summer conditions. I slept in a long sleeve and long johns with socks on at around 45F. I generally like sleeping in the cold air but much cooler and you would be reaching for a jacket in this bag.Because of the nature of the bag it is not really tough either, so be gentle with it.
