I love these gloves, the leather is soft and stretchy and for me the amount of gel in the palms is perfect to help you get a good grip on the handles but not so much that it is uncomfortable. These are grippy gloves, not gliding gloves like those with plastic inserts. The biggest problem I had was finding the right size. When I measured my knuckle hand it was 8.5 inches which according to the chart is medium, now it's the upper limit of medium but medium so I bought a large as he recommended going up a size. I grew up and boy were they tight. It is very difficult to get up and get out. So I skipped XL and went straight to XX Large and they fit perfectly. I don't like my gloves being tight as I have wrist syndrome and tight gloves make it worse. In short, great gloves, especially for the price - way better than my $40 HD gloves (imagine). Just be very careful with the size. . If you received the wrong size, Revain made the return process seamless. If you're not used to pulling loops, put your index and ring finger in the loops of the glove you want to remove and just pull. They look cool but work great, especially after rain. I haven't had any issues with tearing seams or ripped seams. 4 stars because the dimensions are so far off.
