Good size for a guinea pig. Has everything you need to get started with your 1st pet. However, the metal top was at least 1.5 inches shorter than the bottom. It still snaps into place, but I'm definitely not going to lift it from the top by the handles. The metal cage is definitely flimsy and not the best quality. I don't expect the top to last long and the plastic bottom more than a year. For this price the quality of the material is ok. Thumbs up for the whole set and what is offered over others.
