First time buyer and first time review of a product purchased from Best Buy. I must say Pizazz Hair did not disappoint, I was very satisfied with my wig, I did not pluck my wig AT ALL! Only bleached the knots.twice because they were very dark.The hair was full, very soft and bone straight giving my bob cut all the slay. After about the 3rd week, my wig started to get tangled and shed like crazy. With that said, the condition of my wig I do not blame on Pizazz but on the products I used played a huge part. As I did not have my usual quality products. So for that I will continue to give the wig all the life it gave me. 5 stars across the board. Oh and ladies if you don't have the skill to maintain the hair, pluck your frontals, bleach your frontals or anything to help produce the results you see on the advertisement. Then please do not give a bad review because of it. For $70 this wig did what it should. No complaints!
