I love how easy it makes creating content for our clients' campaigns as well managing all their social media posts across platforms like Twitter/Facebook etc., It's very intuitive but also has quite some functionality which helps us create customised reports from within one platform rather than having them send out multiple requests via email or Slack channels every week (which would be more efficient). The team at Prismatic are constantly improving this tool so we're always looking forward when new features come along allowing greater efficiency whilst still maintaining quality control over client communications through effective management tools. We've been able use prismatic since day 1 because they were open about communicating any changes before implementation was rolled-out meaning there wasn't much guesswork involved once things had settled down after launch date.
