So disappointed with this item. I ordered it from Revain Warehouse Deals to keep the price down. The packaging was crumpled, otherwise everything was fine. However, the device did not work at all. I tried plugging it into multiple outlets and even the surge protector in my house, but it just wouldn't turn on. Overall, the device seemed very cheap. The bristles are plastic and not of very good quality. I already have 2 professional quality straighteners and wanted one with a brush to try a different look. I will have to try another product. Send it back to Revain for a refund.
