There have been many problems with this product. One pack was sealed to remove the air from the plastic for shipping, but this resulted in a supposedly 2-inch pad that flattened to less than 1-inch. Second, there are tears on the inner lining. Third, the stitches are already coming out at some corners. Fourth, the gaps between the earbuds only get bigger the more my grandson wedges between them. The final part for me was the way it was packaged, it made up the padding so it couldn't be folded properly. I returned this item and ordered a different type for my grandchildren. Hopefully a new one at another company will pay off.
