When I first bought my Eufy 11S I decided to order replacement parts online so I didn't have to wait around for replacement parts. The filters worked (greatly, which is why I'm giving it a star), but the rotating brushes don't match and fall out when the 11S hits even the slightest change in terrain. One of my favorite features of the 11S is the little helicopter blade-shaped brushes that sweep dust (and in my case, dog and cat fur) out of corners and walls. I'm frustrated that a few months later I've had to replace these brushes and they don't work and I'm a long way from getting a refund. Message to Eufy: If customers want to go the extra mile to support the products they buy by making the effort (and spending extra money) to buy certified factory parts from you, they should work. What a disappointment.
