After investing in Ryobi tools (which I like, they get better) you've practically got stuck on this charger. I ordered it again today after buying the last one on January 3rd 2017. Slots 2 and 4 stopped working very early on, but I only needed to charge 4 batteries, so I wasn't worried about that. I've had good service from the remaining ports, but just under 2 years seems like a very meager product lifespan. Not thrilled to have to buy it again anytime soon, but put up with it
