We were very satisfied with this product. When we received it based on other reviews, we unpacked it and whipped it multiple times a day for a week. It seemed to be really cool. It is not so. After a few uses (constant stirring) it will break down in about an hour. This meant at least 3-4 hours of non-use. For something so expensive this was a very poor product. In general, we decided to return. Buyers beware, this was the worst return ever. When you receive it, it will be vacuumed. If you need to return it, it must be wrapped in plastic to keep it excluded. Imagine being able to roll something that big and heavy down to a size that a UPS can handle. After lots of plastic wrap and duck tape (hours at a time) we finally got it to the size and girth that would have been enough for a UPS. I have never been so happy about a return. So if you decide to buy this product. Just expect that he never leaves.
