The team at cpc strategy were very professional, always available for any queries I had they really did go above an beyond to help me with my account management issues! They also have great support via email if you are having problems or need advice when it comes time working out what your next step should be as far reaching campaigns etc- but not too technical so i can understand them easily.- It was hard finding someone who could take over our accounts after we left due there being no one else willing/able - this would definitely make life easier especially during busy periods (like Christmas).
