Broke TWICE: Homes & Habitats

We have ten rats and we ordered this item and one of them came to us with broken nails. We had to go to the return center and get a replacement. Received a replacement today and it's just as broken as wooden nails. Getting this product has become very problematic - be prepared to follow the same process we did to get a product that isn't broken.
