The ease of use for both clients as well us, it was easy enough that we could get up in running with very little training needed from their team! As this platform has been around so much longer than other platforms (like Marketo) there are many more resources online about how best practices would be implemented through them vs another vendor/platform out here today - but I haven't found anything bad or disliked really yet either way!! We've only had one client who didn’t like using stratum at first because they were used too heavily by others within her organization until she realized its benefits over time once all parties started seeing results together. It's not perfect nor does everything you need exist just right away when jumping into an implementation; however if your willing & have patience things will work themselves out eventually :) You're getting better data insights along.
