I have a board with an amp and recently started using it to commute to and from work. Looking forward to the end of this year and the nights I will have to work later, I have decided to purchase these LED wristbands for my own safety. When I opened the package I was immediately impressed with the quality of the bracelet. I grew up in the 90's so I remember the cheap plastic slap bands they used to have. You were wonderful! In bright light you couldn't see the LED. but you really do NOT need to see the light in broad daylight. So I decided to just throw them in my backpack and take them out at dusk. My wife and I shopped in a small area and my daughter and I had to do a lot of walking outside so I decided to take them out. I put two on myself and two on her and turned them on. Wow. They are amazing! The fact that they have three different functions is really cool and I would probably flash them at brighter dusks. When it gets dark I wouldn't mind if they were solid! They will definitely draw attention. So my daughter loved her. She loved wearing them and I know they drew attention because almost every person who passed us told us how cool they thought them and that we were together. Great idea for kids and adults! At $10 for FOUR of them, that's an amazing deal and no concern for your safety, your kid's safety, whatever. And they're really, really, really fun to play with :)
