Not a sweatshirt but super cute!
I am 5’7” and generally wear a med size top when looking for a loose fit. Often the arms and body are too short but this was perfect. Did not find it to run small- I bought a med. It is definitely NOT a sweatshirt it is thin (more like heavy tshirt) fabric but if you are expecting that it’s great. Worn several times and compliments every time.
