My original cream scarf order arrived in one day unfortunately it had some very visible stains on it. However, the replacement process was easy and the replacement arrived quickly. I was so pleased with the beautiful color and rich texture that I ordered a second one in Camel. Also arrived in one day, perfect condition, perfect color. I could order another black one to replace the one I already have but it doesn't compare to the fabric or quality of this product!
