The most helpful feature is the call recording function. It's easy to use and it makes life easier for me when I have to deal with customer issues, especially if they are in another state. Call recording is limited. You can only record one side of a phone call. This is very limiting. If you have an issue or need help, try using this first. Customer service needs work. They don't always answer their phones and when they do, they are not always friendly. There are other services that are less expensive than this. We were able to resolve our problems before they escalated them.
