Not So Delicate: Poor Eye Makeup Remover
This product claims to be ideal for delicate eyes, but it hardly works! It cannot effectively remove even regular, everyday eye makeup, let alone waterproof products. The only saving grace is that it doesn't irritate the eyes, but what good is that when it doesn't actually remove any makeup? It's disappointing and a waste of money in the world of beauty.
