I bought this to replace the standard silicone strap that came with my Fossil Gen 5 smartwatch. I really liked the look of the NATO straps, but they obviously don't fit a watch that has the back for charging and sensor functions used for vital signs. Here's the solution: a two-piece NATO strap. The dark blue color stands out in the light with a metallic sheen. The black metal hinges make up for this and work fairly well. The nylon material is thick and feels like it could take a hit. It's still a bit stiff but I'm sure it will get a little more flexible over time. It's easy to attach with the spring-loaded pins, so I could imagine grabbing a few more to swap out for a different look. on and off. A little effort is required to thread the end of the bottom through the loops. But I also find it an advantage because it fits my wrist very well, I don't feel like it's falling off.
