I recently moved to an altitude of 8500 feet. Due to the altitude, I have problems with altitude sickness, get tired quickly and have to catch my breath all the time. I brought this device thinking it might help me breathe and increase my blood SPO2. To my disappointment, the device did not help at all. After trying it 4 hours a day for a few days, it didn't help my breath at all. %SPO2 remains the same as before it was used. Still tired quickly, like before. So I returned it.
