Don't get this if you use an outsourced shipping service. These measurements are not sufficient. This is the bag of choice for short/short distance transport. The middle compartment can be used to store an extra shirt or pair of pants. A "saddle bag" or two foldable side pockets can easily accommodate shoes as well, but this depends on the size and width of the shoe. I was able to fit at least 5/25 fl oz cans in the center compartment when fully extended. Lol don't get me started on the so called "expansion" part. In this respect, one should have simply made the height higher. The extension part really doesn't look like you're going to make the most of it. I give it two stars only for my NEEDS and EXPECTATIONS. As I said, for small businesses this is great. Take extra small batteries with you to charge your phones. Like a bike and a chain. Additional pants or shirt. A bottle of water, a few cans of beer or soda. However, if you're looking for something you can deliver, this isn't it.
