For context I use headphones for several hours every day and all my calls/meetings are through Teams so I figured I needed them. I'll limit my review to the actual USB port rather than the headphones themselves: 1. I was expecting more features for the price. It's a useful little gadget, but I think it's overpriced to be able to easily mute or answer a call using the right/left ear headphone pad.2. USB Link does NOT allow you to connect to multiple devices, this requires the Bose.3 Music app. It's not that intuitive at first, but once you set it up properly, as soon as you turn on your headphones and USB connection, they'll sync instantly and Teams will recognize them.4. The range of the Bluetooth USB connection is not as good as the range of the headphones themselves, in fact you get less range.5. The headphones connect perfectly to your computer and even teams without a USB connection; USB Link improves audio and microphone quality in teams. Overall I'd say you could do without this little friend, but it's entirely up to you to make such an expensive purchase that isn't absolutely necessary for the headphones to function properly. I would say the Bose music app is more useful than this USB link.
