Works like a charm in balms and moisturizers
You know how some lip balms are really moisturizing, but wiping them off your mouth after a few hours leaves your lips even drier than before (how not just ordinary uncovered lips, but dry and almost scaly)? This is the only lip balm that has NOT done this to me! I only buy this kind now - it's supposed to be a lip balm with a little blue drop of water on the cap. Works great. Buy multiple packs and keep them in every purse, bag, diaper bag, etc. you have!
