I've been patiently waiting 2 months to write this review. I really wanted to give him some time to get started. The results amazed me! We did NOT use steroid cream for two months, only Mustela. My baby's skin is so much better! It reduces itching and inflammation. She even started to sleep better. That's incredible! I think we found a long term solution to eczema. 🙏 IMPORTANT: If this cream didn't fit someone, that doesn't mean it didn't fit you! The only way to find out is through trial and error. Before Mustela I bought dozens of other lotions and tried many other products and oils. It was uncomfortable! I spent a lot of money before finding what works best for my daughter's skin. Of course, this is not a cure or panacea. It's just a moisturizer to keep your skin healthy. Eczema doesn't go away in a day or two (I want to!). This is a long-term condition that tends to flare up periodically. We can only prevent new outbreaks. I tried to avoid triggers that made the condition worse and patiently used Mustela twice a day until I saw the result. And not for nothing! About the BALM itself: The texture is very light and watery. It is easy to apply and massage into the skin. It absorbs quickly but still leaves a light film (as it should, it's just our protective barrier that we lack). Does not stain clothes, has no odor. Visibly protects, moisturizes and smoothes. I only use it on inflamed areas on my legs, arms and back. I decided to try it because I wanted to find the best solution and I have no regrets! I hope this works for you. Just make it a routine so it becomes a habit, a good habit! Hope that helps!
