Putting the headphones on is no easy task. I couldn't have done it without videos on YouTube. Once in place, they seem fine. Not likely to fall off with normal use. However, this is not a very big advantage over a scarf, sweatshirt or regular headphones. I bought these thinking they would be good for sleeping in a cold room. But they don't stay well in this scenario.
