Poor Quality in Both Shipping and Customer Service

My time spent shopping at YIJU's online store left me with the deepest sense of dissatisfaction. To begin, the company's support for existing customers was unsatisfactory. When I asked their team a query about an item, I had to wait an interminable amount of time for a response. After what seemed like an eternity, I was eventually able to get an answer, but it was useless and made me feel frustrated. To make matters even more inconvenient, the product that I had ordered did not arrive for a very long time. Although I am aware that delivery delays are sometimes unavoidable, YIJU has not provided any tracking information or communicated any status updates to me. After a long wait, the item eventually arrive, but it was broken and different from what was represented on their website. In general, I do not advocate making purchases through the online store offered by YIJU. It was not worth the trouble to deal with the terrible customer support and delivery experience.
