I dyed gray hair and thought it might be worth a try. The first thing I noticed about this shampoo and conditioner was that I couldn't twist the pump to open it. I had to remove the pumps and use pliers to hold the tip of the straw and then twist the pump caps to open them. Then I had to wipe the shampoo and conditioner off the tongs. The second thing I noticed was a VERY dark purple dye! I don't know why you need so much dye. The shampoo doesn't lather as much as I would like so I tend to use too much to get more lather, but it cleans well and rinses off. The scent reminds me of a combination of menthol, eucalyptus and antiseptic. The air conditioning is well air conditioned; The scent is similar to the shampoo but not as strong. Overall it's ok but I'm not a fan of scent which is an important part of my hair washing experience. 32 oz bottles with pump dispenser.
