The best thing Ive ever used, a great item for everyone!
Everything came complete and whole. The device itself is good, the handle has two modes "Forward" and "Reverse". The cutters are inserted into the grooves. In some reviews they write that the product is defective and they do not insert a cutter, but you just need to put it on correctly. Cutters are better to buy separately and do not use the ones that are in the kit. The power of the device is enough for both manicure and pedicure. The price is very good. I am pleased!
