Suitable for large cages. I'm changing my review, my cockatiel almost died. He was hanging from a string that comes with it to hang it up and with the thread tied around the front of the nest he somehow managed to hang from it that same night. I have no idea how he did it. But the tip was wrapped around his neck, he couldn't move or he would have pulled the tip tighter. The thread at the hole in front was around his legs. I had to go with very small nail scissors and cut piece by piece. Terrible experience.
