Review on EZDC by Evan Burnside

I've recently discovered EZDC and am looking forward to perusing their selection of home decor accents as someone who appreciates internet shopping for home and kitchen supplies. Their web store, however, left a lot to be desired in my opinion. First of all, it was hard to find my way around the website. It was chaotic and difficult to navigate, making it difficult to find what I needed. When I did find something I was interested in, the description sometimes lacked key information like the item's dimensions and construction materials. When I was ready to make a purchase, I ran into problems at the checkout. The website frequently crashed, forcing me to start over. I was able to finish my transaction in the end, but I was left feeling angry and doubtful that it had gone through. When my order finally arrived, though, my dissatisfaction only grew. There were obvious signs of inadequate quality control in the products. Moreover, the goods were smaller than I had expected based on the website's description. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact customer support to express my dissatisfaction were met with silence. My impression is that they didn't value my input at all. Overall, working with EZDC was a huge letdown for me. No one should shop at this online store for any reason, from the confusing layout to the low quality of the products to the unhelpfulness of the customer service staff.
