I bought these because she had a wound on her paw and I didn't want to put a cone on her head but I had to keep her from ripping off the bandages She is a very large dog and These fit well, reaching just below the knee and attaching at the top with velcro (which is removable). The quicker it actually snaps onto the bootie (I had a snap closure but that was my only issue) No slippage on either side of the booties As for washing, I just tossed them in the washer and dryer with the rest of my laundry - no problems with non-slip coating or stitching. Wear them for business or sunbathing and they have held up great. Great product for the price - better quality than I thought - and they work.
