Package arrived in two days and upon opening, was impressed with the size of thermometer. Tried it out on all family members, was easy to use. Liked the size of display with easy to read numbers. Manual that came with it was easy to read and answered all of my questions. Comes with suede bag to keep in. I consider this a good purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable touch-less thermometer.
