When I got these and first opened the little box, I measured them to ensure that they were 4 inches, because they look tiny. But in reality, they are a little hard to used if you have big fingers like me, but they are very strong and are an excellent value for the price.To test the strength, I attached 1 zip tie on the ring and to a pair of exercise bands. Then I pulled strongly on the bands several times, then took some photos. As you can see, the zip tie did not stretch or break; simply amazing.
