Review on Seagate Portable External Photography STDR1000102 by Ryan Will

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been using it since it was delivered in March no problems and then when I used it last night it came out of nowhere. Starts beeping. That means it's basically done. Now I can either try to fix it and pray it gets fixed so I can get my files, or Seagate will charge me $550 to have my files restored. What is this guarantee? Your product has stopped working through no fault of my own and I have to pay to have my files restored? I will never buy a Seagate hard drive again as I have now found that this is common practice with them. Please don't waste your time and if you do, save this non-Seagate backup.
