I love that once you get your first reservation booked in my system it stays there until cancelled! There is no better way of building trust with clients than knowing they have already reserved their hotel room online without even walking into one!! Nothing so far, but would definitely like more info about how many rooms are sold per month/week etc - this piece was not clear from day 1 when we set things right-up (as opposed to having our booking agent call each client individually!). We use them exclusively now instead of calling around ourselves because every time someone books through us an automatic notification goes out directly to everyone who has requested updates or signed up with DRS via email newsletters.. I like that it is so easy to use. There are a variety of options available to make certain tasks much easier. The customer service could be better in regards to questions about the software. You have to know the system very well to figure out how things work or you can get stuck. It is a great way to keep track of your reservations and the cost associated with each reservation.
