Although I have used a ten unit in my chiropractor's office, I never attempted to use it at home until I bought this. It seemed to me that the instructions were mediocre, but it was easy to understand the device. I just went through all the options until I understood everything. In total, you get 24 different stimulation schemes. The large pads that come with the kit - you get two sets of these - stick well to my skin. However, a set of small pads will not stick as well. The device itself is small, even smaller than a clamshell cellphone, and easily fits into a pocket during use. I put it in my shirt pocket. Overall, I can recommend this device. It reduced the pain from my chronic nodes in my back and also reduced the pain in my shin. Also, be sure to read the security logs for the duration and location of the installation. The booklet really covers it.
